These like these enable me to learn and grow and to better adapt to future similar challenges. I believe life challenges are always something that is unavoidable, I have encountered numerous challenges before and all of them gave me perspective and better understanding of myself, my strength, my weakness and what I lack…

Chapter 4 – Your relationships with others- who are important to you in your professional and personal lives?
In my years from school to my working life, I have garnered multiple relationships that are constantly being strengthened and tested through the years. There are very few important people that matter to me for my personal life and the same goes for my professional life. 

Chapter 5 – What are your plans in future, 10 years from now?
The plans I have for the future starts from smaller achievable goals which are broken down to 3 years, 5 years, 8 years and finally 10 years. With each goal being 2 to 3 years apart, this would allow me to have a milestone in my planning, to ensure that I have bite size progress and it will be attainable in the long run. For starters, my main 10 year plan is for my career, I plan to either start my own business or be at the pinnacle of my career. 

Chapter 6. – What is interfering with your growth and self-development (if any) so far?
In the course of my growth through my years working and studying there are certain factors or causes that might interfere with my growth as well as my self-development process thus far. Among them are challenges I face juggling between my personal life, studies and work. Time management is very important for me to continuously grow and level up to the next level. Improper time management will cause me to lose sight of what is important and will affect the other task which requires me to keep them afloat.

Chapter 7. – How do you plan to move forward at different stages of your life?
To move forward at different stages in life, this requires me to analyze and self reflect on where I am at present, where I was and where I want to be. After identifying, I can then know what is my next step to being closer to the next stage in my life.

Chapter 8 – Explore how your self-development sets as an incubation that could generate new value and new perspectives to your lives and others?
My self development is a unique process that may differ from everyone entirely or a tad bit similar. However one thing common that will be likely to others is that my self development is setting up as an incubation for myself which will help generate new values and perspective in my life as well as others.
